Job Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing exceptional service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
– Take and process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring order quality and completeness.
– Share knowledge of our menu offerings and assist customers in making informed choices.
– Operate the cash register and handle transactions with accuracy and courtesy.
– Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including sanitizing surfaces and restocking supplies.
– Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our customers.
Qualifications
– A passion for exceptional customer service and a friendly demeanor.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
– Flexibility and adaptability in a team-oriented setting.
– Previous experience in customer service or the restaurant industry is a plus but not required.
